Log into your Lotte Duty Free account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Verification and Approval
Our customer service team will review your request against customs eligibility and provide a Return Authorization number if the criteria are met.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original condition, including all tags, seals, and the original receipt or duty-free declaration form.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our distribution center, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
